Groupe Caroli

The CAROLI group is a Monegasque real estate entity established in the late 1970s by Antonio Caroli, an engineer. Through its two main subsidiaries, Caroli Immo (promotion) and Caroli Bat (construction), the group quickly established itself as a real estate reference in the Principality. As a developer and builder for 40 years, the two branches of the group have been involved in major urbanization projects in Monaco and France. Whether public or private buildings, luxury residences, hotels, public works (schools, nurseries, hospitals), shops, or offices, both the Monegasque state and private investors have consistently entrusted projects to the group. Since 1988, the establishment of the Caroli Real Estate agency has further ensured the management and commercialization of properties, thereby consolidating the group’s position as a
global operator. Whether in construction, promotion, or management, the CAROLI group thus ensures complete mastery of real estate development.
